Manufacturing company based in Los Angeles, CA in need of an additional Product Line Sales Manager to professionally manage the growing inquiries for filter cartridge products.
This is a full-time, on-site job. Occasional travel required.
CRITERIA & EXPERIENCE:
Seeking a technically savvy, professional dedicated to detail and timeliness
- WITH RELEVANT AND RECENT SALES EXPERIENCE SELLING EITHER INDUSTRIAL FILTER CARTRIDGES (LIQUID, AIR OR GAS) AND/OR POOL & SPA FILTER ELEMENTS TO DISTRIBUTORS, OEM AND RETAIL CUSTOMERS.
This is a growing manufacturing company and they presently operate globally, so professionalism and ability to work in an unstructured environment are critical. Their products are highly engineered and the sales cycle is reliant on understanding customer specifications and needs – a technical sales or sales engineering background on these types of products is helpful, but not required. This position is immediate and will provide significant exposure to all aspects of the company and the opportunity to assist and
implement key decisions and capital allocation.
The position will report to the company President and have daily interaction with other Sales, Engineering and Manufacturing functions. The candidate would also be expected to be proficient in Microsoft office products (especially Excel) and use programs such as Salesforce.com. Compensation based on experience plus strong reliance on incentive bonus and includes benefits.
Requirements:
1. Â 3+ years experience in sales of industrial filter cartridges, filtration products, or related (current or very recent).
