Location                  Will work from office at home and can be anywhere in continental US.

Meet or exceed the pipe and fittings business and sales goals by managing accounts and the designated product slate consistent with the business strategy. Provide timely market intelligence and competitive information to the business management team.  Participate in pipe market strategy and tactics development as a member of the Pipe Market Applications Team.

*           Work with selected pipe and fittings accounts to achieve desired sales volumes for targeted products.  Identify potential new customers & markets.  Work closely with Technical Services to gain technical approvals needed to sell accounts. Coordinate qualifications.
*           Coordinate customer plant evaluations as needed, assisted by Tech Services.
*           Complete administrative activities as required: Monthly Customer Forecasts, CPR’s, Credits, Accruals, Short Payments, Call Reports, Disputes etc.
*           Initiate and negotiate annual/ multiyear contracts with desired customers, coordinating internal requirements through customer needs and final signature.
*           Manage largest and most significant pipe accounts.
*           Communicate market and product information to management and the sales force.
*           Be representative to related industry associations (PPI, PPFA).
*           Assist the sales force with product knowledge, market intelligence, presentations and joint sales calls as a means of motivating
pipe market sales activity.
*           Actively participate in pipe team meetings to plan business strategy and development and sales issues. Lead discussion on market activity, and keep team apprised of competitor, customer and end-user activity.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
*           BA or BS degree in business or technical.
*           Minimum 8-10 years polymer experience.
*           Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
*           Approximately 50 to 70% travel.
