DESCRIPTION: Fulltime position available to fulfill duties as a RN Resident Care Coordinator. This position shares responsibility with 2 other Resident Care Coordinators for the Wounds/Treatments, oversight of the SPA Team, Restorative Team, the Continence Committee, Medication Aides, reviewing any Incident investigations daily, resident discharge teaching, supervision of staff, and will provide 6-7 nights of call/month which includes call approx every 5th weekend (possibly being called to do nursing coverage on floor). This position must be flexible to cover for vacations and the occasional events that may occur at other times.

Qualified candidates must possess an unencumbered Registered Nurse license for the state of North Carolina; possess a minimum of one year experience in working with Geriatric population; strong leadership and supervisory skills, preferably in geriatric nursing setting; ability to work with minimal direct supervision.

This position provides a full benefit package and salary.  This is a 10 hour Tuesday through Friday shift position with hours of 11:30 am – 10  pm.

Requirements:
1.  Current RN license in NC or transferrable there.
2.  Minimum of one year experience in working with Geriatric population.
3.  Local or regionally located for an easy move.
