Clearance Requirements: TS/SCI
Background experience Required: At a minimum, the successful candidate must possess ten (10) years of related experience, or BS degree and six (6) years of related experience, or MS degree with four (4) years of related experience, meet DoD 8570.01 IAT/IAM requirements, and have a minimum of two (2) years of lead experience. Five (5) years of DoD experience and a current ITIL certification is preferred. A minimum of 5 years experience managing Help Desks using the Remedy Help Desk tool suite is required.
