Company is an international mining and natural resources company.
. Conceive, propose and project management of strategic and tactical procurement initiatives
. Develop and monitor long-range procurement plans and strategies for commodities
. Coordinate/provide training to drive departmental standardization and to familiarize stakeholders with procedures
. Promote increased tools utilization (Ellipse, CorVu/BO, MS Project, SharePoint, etc.) to improve functional effectiveness and visibility
. Report development, maintenance and distribution for departmental needs and monitoring
. Creation and maintenance of a formal VOC channel to improve customer attentiveness
. Oversee preferred delivery programs (vendor held, keep-fill, consignment, etc.) for service enhancement

Bachelors degree (RQ), Advanced degree (PF), CPM (PF), CPSM (PF), CIRM (PF), CPIM (PF)

7 to 10 years professional experience in supply chain management; 3 to 5 years managerial experience (PF); Project Management (PF)

3 to 5 years mining or resources experience (PF)

Requirements:
1.      Bachelor’s degree.
2.      7 + years professional experience in supply chain management.
3.      3 + years management including some Project Management experience.
4.      Advanced degree, CPM, CPSM, CIRM, CPIM and mining or natural resources industry exp are pluses.
