Client is one of the country’s leading suppliers of commercial and industrial sheet metal ductwork with an extensive line of products including round, flat oval, and rectangular ductwork and related items.  They have facilities nationwide.

They are looking for a Production Manager for ductwork in Ohio. Willing to relocate from anywhere in Ohio or someone out of state who has ties to Columbus (i.e. family, used to live there, etc.)

We need someone with an Industrial Engineering degree and experience in a sheet metal shop (preferably duct). They do not have to have experience in Production Management as long as they are familiar with plant operations. They will also do safety and some lean stuff in addition to managing the
unionized production staff.

Requirements:
1.  Industrial Engineering Degree.
2.  2 + years of experience in a sheet metal shop or plant (preferably duct).
3.  Located within the regions for a short easy move or strong reasons for the move there.
