A rapidly growing manufacturer in the building components industry is seeking a highly motivated, energetic individual for a 1st shift supervisory position.  This individual must be a professional with good organizational skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of utilizing a computer as a tool and working productively in a fast paced dynamic environment.  Planning skills and ability to conceive and implement new procedures and policies will be important for success.  Position will report to Plant Manager, degree required in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or BS in Business Management or relative work experience.
Mechanical aptitude with hands on ability & knowledge of molders, finger jointers, POM & compu-rip.   Excellent knowledge of Excel and MSWord required.  This position will supervise a crew of 35+ employees; conduct performance reviews, employee training, etc.

This is a non-climate controlled environment and hands on manufacturing floor position.

Requirements:
1.  Bachelor’s Degree.
2.  Experience with molders, finger jointers, POM & compu-rip.
3.  Supervisory experience in manufacturing including performance reviews, employee training, etc.
4.  Local or close enough for a short easy move.
