Company is a leading manufacturer and distributor of steel foundation products in the US. Looking for a Coating Manager for Blytheville AR.

Qualifications:
.       Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, construction management, or other technical field.
.        At least five years of related experience
.        Supervisory experience in leading production personnel with responsibility for achieving safety, quality, and productivity goals.
.        Previous experience managing multiple direct reports with history of positive results in team building and continuous improvements processes required.
.       Will be able to read drawings.
.       Experience with robotic operation/ programming
.       Experience with coating applications
.       Experience with lean manufacturing

Duties/Responsibilities:
.       Train employees perform job responsibilities safely to meet company safety and health objectives.
.       Monitor and institute QA/QC procedures to meet industry standards and provide customers with a quality product.
.       Schedule material and projects to meet or exceed customer requirements.
.       Reduce costs through strategic planning and managing of capital expenses to improve efficiencies and minimize finished products cost of goods sold.
.       Coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all applicable standards and permits to mitigate all risks for company.
.       Assist with costing estimates to provide effective competitiveness within the market place.
.       Procure raw materials and necessary equipment to reduce overall cost structure.
.       Working with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals;
.       Responsible for implementing/ensuring that all product that leaves facility meets company quality objectives and requirements.
.       Responsible for scheduling and production goals to meet customer requirements.
.       Coordinating with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all applicable standards and permits.

Requirements:
1.  Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, construction management, or other technical field.
2.  5 + years of related experience in metals coating applications or very similar.
3.  Supervisory experience in leading production personnel with responsibility for achieving safety, quality, and productivity goals.
4.  Experience with robotic operation/ programming and lean manufacturing.
