Company is seeking a qualified candidate with the following skills and certification. The most important piece is that this person be AMAG certified within the last couple of months. The AMAG certification is only good for 1 year so anyone that has taken the AMAG before 6/2011 will NOT be a good fit.
Provide Security Management System preventive maintenance support. AMAG certified, trained and experienced Field Technicians who will perform preventive maintenance, installations, removals, repairs and services to include but not limited to: including Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), Visitor Management System (VMS) (Access Control). Provide on-call 24/7 Preventive Maintenance Support service for the Electronic Security System (ESS). On-call certified AMAG personnel will respond within 4 hours of receipt of service call. Conduct general inspection of wiring, connections and mountings and cleaning of ALL
electronic security system components, housings, lenses and ventilation airways on a semi-annual basis. Conduct equipment/systems checks to ensure it is operating as intended, examined for obvious signs of damage and wiped down with a suitable cleaner or vacuumed to remove any accumulated dust, dirt and debris. Inspect, install equipment and cable assemblies as
applicable. In addition, conduct performance tests on intrusion devices such as door contacts, motion detectors and surveillance cameras, at a minimum, on a quarterly basis. Confirm and validate communications to all systems controllers, switches, servers, workstations, etc., on a daily basis. Review, investigate, evaluate, and manage all log files, error logs, anomalies, storage disk space, utilization readings, etc. on a weekly basis. Review and install all system updates, releases, patches and fixes based on approved software. Seek approval from the COR for installation of software/hardware prior to deployment onto the live system. At a minimum,
conduct weekly backup and validation procedures for all critical data files system-wide.
Qualifications
Must have at least an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one (US Citizens only) AMAG Certified required- Must have valid certification ( they only are good for 1 year. Ideal Candidate recently obtained certification in July or August 2011)
