The RF Test Engineer will develop, implement, and maintain creative and effective test methodologies through all levels of a product test process for either high volume low mix or low volume high mix products.

Manage all aspects of medium projects.
Act as project lead and take proactive initiative for improvements.
Perform analysis, diagnostics and preliminary evaluations of products.
Develop testing procedures.
Perform test equipment and fixturing design responsibilities.
Perform maintenance resolution on testing procedures.
Analyze customer requirements and develop testing procedures.
Create assembly instructions, Bill of Materials (BOM), and drawings.
Development of sound test process strategies, test plans, production test procedures.
Monitor for continual test process improvement through failure analysis, throughput analysis, yield analysis, and report to management periodically.
Familiarity with design for testability, production test processes, product validation techniques and test automation.
Experience with test processes related to digital, analog, and RF communications.
Ability to problem solve, debug and troubleshoot circuitry at all level associated to communications, RF/digital & analog troubleshooting; de-bug techniques, common test equipment.
Ability to successfully interact with others to include program management, manufacturing management and engineering disciplines including design, systems, and software engineering functions.
Strong organizational skills with emphasis on process, project and program management skills..
Ability to manage and direct tasking activities for multiple test areas.

Required Skills
Demonstrates knowledge of design concepts and 1st order simulation.
Knowledge of basic manufacturing test processes.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
Proficient in technical writing, good documentation skills; attention to detail is critical; ability to read and interpret engineering drawings required.
Prior experience with an ISO environments is a plus.
Demonstrated analytical expertise including ability to plan, resolve problems effectively, and establish priorities.
Understanding of DOE, 6-Sigma, Lean Manufacturing desired.
Working knowledge at an intermediate level of computer skills in Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Microsoft Project.
Ability to communicate with customers and project company image to attract business.
Flexible with high energy, able to handle multiple tasks smoothly.
Demonstrated knowledge of basic manufacturing and assembly processes together with work measurement and work standards.
Familiarity with National Instruments test products to include Lab View and Test Stand applications, capabilities, and hardware is preferred.

Required Experience
BSEE or BSEET degree from accredited school. An appropriate two-year degree may be considered.
4-6 Years of experience as working engineer with experience in test fixturing and automated test features. Exposure to ICT and Flying Probe.
