<p> Labour hire companies have targeted the hot spots in the Australian economy, such asoil, gas and mining, and often the contractors only wish to travel to the remote areas where these contracts exist. They are helping these companies bring on the staff required to complete projects that have started to fall behind. </p>
<p>One of the biggest challenges facing these labour hire companies is in the cash flow management of contracts. The contractors expect to be paid fortnightly or weekly, whilst the labour hire company will only be paid by the customer in thirty or sometimes even sixty days. There is a need to bridge this cash flow gap. <p>Of  course, the first thing that must be done (after the initial idea) is  to make a plan. This plan can be very generic or very detailed, but it  simply is a must. This is one of the most important things in creating a  business. Without a plan, there is no structure, and without structure,  the business will fall apart.</p>
<p>After the plan  is created, action needs to take place. Many people can think of ideas  and make a plan to make the idea a reality, but few actually act on it.  Without acting on the idea, it remains just that.</p>
<p>Now comes a very crucial part in  a new companies strategy, knowing your target audience. This is who you  are mainly going to market to. Your target audience should be specific  enough to be seen, but not so specific that you are missed. Of course, word of mouth is also a  great way, but you have to rely on the right people knowing about you  company as well as those people knowing the right people you are trying  to market.</p>

Welcome  to the 21st century. With all of the new aged technology, marketing is  actually easier than ever. Thanks to sites like Google, Bing, Facebook,  Twitter and YouTube, companies can reach specific groups in huge  volumes. Yes, there is definitely some work that needs to be done such  as increasing your companies Search Engine Optimization (SEO), blogging  and maintaining a site, but with these come traffic. Internet marketing  is all about traffic!</p>
<p>Once you have an idea, make a  plan. Remember to plan on how you are going to reach a client or  specific market. Once you have a plan, act on it. Get your name out  there. Do the best you can at building your brand. With a good brand  comes a good business and growth.</p>

<p>Another  great way to get on Google is to get indexed by them. This usually  involves a code that you will need to put in your websites header in  order to be found easier. The more pages you have, the more you can be  indexed. This will help in your &#8220;ranking&#8221; on Google. The better you  rank, the higher up you will be shown on Google&#8221;s search results.</p>

The unemployment rate was recently at an all time high and so far, the  market has made only a slight turn-around. With less jobs being added  than &#8220;normal,&#8221; we are continuing to spiral out of control.</p>
<p>Unfortunately,  this is hurting business all over the country. In fact, small  businesses are the ones being hurt the most. Of course, with businesses  being hurt by the economy, people and families are then hurt by the  economy, and the businesses are being hurt by the people, and then there  are less jobs available hurting the people even more. It is a vicious  cycle that is going around.</p>
<p>Fortunately, there is something  that can be done. It is called employee leasing. The reason employee  leasing can help is because it allows you to have a fixed cost when  considering worker&#8217;s comp and unemployment insurance. With  this fixed cost, companies will know what they will be paying for the  service. Without it, your rate depends on the amount of accidents and  could increase or decrease month by month.</p>
<p>If a  company were to have an accident at a job site, the insurance rates  would obviously increase. That being said, imagine if that same company  also had a &#8220;down month&#8221; in terms of sales. The company would be paying  for the insurance and also receiving less than normal income. This could  literally break a company and cause them to go into debt very quickly.</p>
<p>With  employee leasing, again, these rates are stagnant. They cannot change  without a contract. And because the company has no risk or liability,  they do not need to worry about insurance hikes. Again, having a fixed  cost allows companies to be in control of their cash flow.</p>
<p>Along  with worker&#8217;s comp and unemployment insurance being covered, leased  employees will also get their payroll services taken care of. This means  companies will no longer have to worry about anything when it comes to  payroll. The taxes are done for the company and checks are mailed out  (or direct deposited) for the company. This removes quite a bit of  stress from small businesses as some cannot afford to have an account or  HR department.</p>
<p>That being said, as a company grows  or gets busy, staffing services are very useful. Staffing firms will do  the marketing, screening, drug testing, background checks and hiring of  each new employee. This doesn&#8217;t mean that the hiring company does not  get a choice on who they hire, it means they get to choose between the  best of the best.</p>
<p>The employees would all be covered fully with worker&#8217;s comp  and unemployment insurance and the payroll services would be taken care  of. Each employee would be reporting to and taking orders from the  company. The employees are given safety instructions and know what they  are, and not, allowed to do.</p>
<p>If the company eventually gets  slow, they can decide how many and who they would like to stay on the  job. They are not held responsible for the release of employees and only  need to do so if they choose.</p>
<p>Employee leasing and/or staffing  is a win, win, win situation. It helps people get jobs, it helps  companies save money, and it can help the economy turn around. Because  of the fixed cost that employee leasing and staffing give a company, the  companies can spend more time growing instead of worrying. Employee  leasing and staffing is a decision that can help bring companies to the  next level and, with the instability of the economy, is something that  will increase in the coming years.</p>
